The AN-PWLG-WC01 pressure water level gauge adopts a diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with stainless steel isolation diaphragm as the measuring element. It accurately detects hydrostatic pressure which is proportional to liquid depth. The built-in professional signal conditioning circuit converts the pressure signal into standard 4~20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal. A linear relationship is established between output signal and liquid depth to achieve precise level measurement. This hydrostatic level gauge features high accuracy, compact size and easy operation. Simply submerge the device into liquid, and it will measure the vertical distance from the sensor end to the liquid surface. | |
Working Principle | |
The sensor takes monocrystalline silicon as the substrate. Adopting advanced ion implantation and micro-machining technologies, it forms a silicon sensing element equipped with a Wheatstone bridge and precise mechanical structure. Water pressure at the installation position acts on the sensing element through the interface, realizing linear conversion between applied pressure and output signal. A thick-film resistor network calibrated by laser compensates the temperature performance of the sensing element. | |
