Radar level gauge installation

This is an on‑site installation photo of a high‑frequency radar level gauge. The instrument is mounted on a grille platform via a flange and custom‑made metal bracket, widely used for continuous liquid‑level monitoring in sewage treatment, chemical storage tanks and water conservancy pools. Working on microwave reflection principle, this non‑contact radar sensor measures medium level, and is hardly affected by water turbidity, foam or temperature fluctuation. The whole mounting structure is stable, and the flange connection ensures good sealing performance, suitable for outdoor, humid and corrosive working conditions. Without contacting measured medium, it requires little maintenance. It provides standard signal output to connect with PLC, data acquisition unit and monitoring system for remote data transmission. It is commonly deployed in municipal sewage, industrial water treatment, reservoirs and pump stations to realize real‑time online liquid‑level monitoring.
