On‑site installation of radar level gauge

This photo shows the field installation of a flange‑type radar level gauge. The instrument is mounted on the top of storage tank by standard flange connecting with process nozzle. It adopts yellow explosion‑proof housing, equipped with wiring port and local display window, suitable for flammable and explosive industrial sites such as chemical plants, sewage and petroleum industry. Adopting microwave non‑contact measuring principle, the radar level gauge is immune to foam, medium viscosity, temperature and pressure changes. Flange connection provides reliable sealing performance for corrosive and volatile media. It outputs standard industrial signals to connect with PLC and SCADA system for real‑time level acquisition and remote monitoring.
